A systemic coaching client may be an individual
- or a relationship system such as a partnership, family or team. Individual coaching
can be embedded within systemic coaching. Systemic coach training offers you support
to coach people to achieve life goals and relationship success.
Systems 1: Relationship Diagnosis & Clarification
All segments of our systemic coach
training are also stand-alone workshops. Systems 1 includes training
in relationship diagnosis and relationship clarification. This 5-day workshop
provides coaches, helping professionals and managers with
practical information, systemic theory, demonstrations and exercises to better understand human
relationship dynamics and to coach people to clarify their relationships.
Relationship Quality & Communication Skills
You are always relating to people. Even withdrawing
into seclusion communicates strong
relationship signals. Although you may want to communicate with other people
appropriately, other people may or may not respond to your communication in the
way you intend or hope. Relationship coaching can accelerate feelings
of pleasure and well-being, and stabilize them in your relationships.
When you communicate, you spontaneously (usually unconsciously)
express non-verbal signals that accompany your verbal statements. Your nonverbal
signals provide valuable information about your verbal message. Your congruence
carries meaningful information about your qualities and deficiencies. Noticing
and responding to nonverbal signals and congruence is part of systemic coaching.

Systems 1: Coach Training
Each person is a representative of many human relationship
systems. Each relationship system has many goals, behaviors, transferences and give rise
to emotions. You can learn:

- How to assess relationship goals
- How to predict relationship consequences
- How to clarify relationships
Coaching Family Systems
Each person represents many relationships systems - some
may be recently formed and some may have existed for generations. Perhaps the most
common human system, a family is a complex psycho-social-political entity. Even
quiet families are busy places, full of interesting dynamics.
Systems 1 coach training includes many demonstrations and exercises
investigating the relationship dynamics of participants. Participants will
quickly learn to use systemic diagnosis and explore its many roles in relationship
coaching.
Planning multiple coaching sessions
Some blocks to success cannot be resolved in one session. Some people are resourceful enough to continue dissolving blocks
by themselves, once they know how to do this, while many people request more
coaching sessions to achieve complex goals
and to untangle relationship knots.
What Comes Next?
Systems 2 coach training includes how to coach people
to choose complex goals,
and how to plan their achievement into logical sequences of steps - with each step
having intermediary goals. Systems 2 delves deeply into Goalwork (finding what
people really want) and Objections (finding how people block their own success).
Systems 3 coach training explores how to coach
people with stories and metaphors, and dream coaching - how to
coach people who spontaneously enter sleepy, trance-like states. This includes
dreaming together - how to explore dreams from the inside - dreaming with
people.
