Perhaps, like you, some of us had difficult childhoods and perhaps, like you, some of us have suffered complex relationships. And perhaps, like you, we learned many ways to cope that were ... not very effective.

As a result, we became motivated to develop effective ways to change ourselves. We studied a lot and asked many questions. We tested very many methods, then developed our own. And now we help other people manage and change unpleasant emotions, enjoy healthier relationships and make mature decisions.

Origins of Soulwork Systemic Solutions

Founder: Martyn Carruthers I was a paramedic on nuclear submarines, a health physics technician in the British nuclear industry and later Radiation Protection Officer for the Canadian government. I was educated at the Royal Naval Medical School, with additional training at University of Toronto, MIT, Harvard and elsewhere. While working for the Canadian government, I began applying accelerated learning techniques, hypnotherapy and expert modeling to family therapy. I was the first trainer certified by the Erickson College in Vancouver. I later studied pre-contact Hawaiian healing and and integrated some of its therapeutic applications into my work . After developing these methods for ten years with a huge variety of people in ten countries, I believe that I improved many of the goal setting and relationship ecology strategies used by helping professionals, and created Soulwork Systemic Solutions.

Your goals are holograms of your past and your future, your family and your relationships, your emotions and your beliefs. We can help you be strong and creative in areas in which you are competent, and we can coach you in areas where you want to be more competent.

Richard Diehl Richard Diehl (Ph.D. M.Ed. L.Ac) specializes in nutrition and gentle detoxification. This book will assist helping professionals to become comfortable and adept using systemic coaching. Despite evidence of the effectiveness of systemic coaching, few helping professionals employ it in their practices. This under-use is mostly due to lack of knowledge and misconceptions. The authors address performance anxiety surrounding the use of systemic coaching by exploring its diagnostic power and therapeutic potential. The integration of a systemic approach into therapeutic practice has value both in assessment and treatment. Using anecdotes and personal experience, we will explain systemic diagnostic and coaching in fundamental and accessible ways.
