What is Systemic Business Coaching?
A business is a human relationship system - empowered and limited by systemic rules, some
of which are neither obvious nor intuitive. But systems theory and systemic rules can
be confusing - for example, in many human systems it is against the rules
to challenge or even to know the rules!
