Internet technology allows you to benefit
from online therapists, psychologists,
marriage and family counselors, social
workers, and other helping professionals.
Telephone & Internet Coaching
Coaching online or by telephone is not that
different from office visits, especially if we use internet cameras (webcams).
Much of your changework can be as effective as if you visited our offices, and you do not need to waste precious time,
money and effort traveling. You can
benefit from our private internet coaching and solve emotional and relationship issues.
Since 1988 we have trained many coaches, therapists and alternative
therapists, medical doctors and consultants in our systemic solutions.
Over this time we have amassed huge experience about what works,
what doesn't work, what stops things working and how to make things work anyway.
A wise coach never stops improving his tools
Do you want to stop wasting time and energy? Do you want to recognize problems early and solve them before they become
crisis? We help people move on in life with a helping hand, and occasionally
with a helping foot.
|
We only promise what we whole-heartedly
believe we can deliver. We let our experience speak to us as well as to you
about what to expect. We can agree to provide the agreed changework, we can
discuss every method before using it, and we can promise our compassionate
attention! |
Relationship Coaching
. Systemic Coach Training
We have distilled years of experience of teaching and coaching in a wide
variety of human relationships: using therapeutic coaching, organizational
problem solving, expert modeling and business trouble-shooting. Much of this
information applies equally to relationship coaching, management
consulting and corporate coaching.
Coaching or Therapy?
You choose. Basically, coaching is more for
people who are goal directed and action based, while therapy
is more for people who are damaged or lower
functioning. Our offers depend on our experience and
our credentials. The following table is adapted from Therapist
as Life Coach: Transforming Your Practice
by Dr. Patrick Williams, Ed.D, MCC.
| Coaching |

explore their blocks and solve their problems) |

| A coach helps people identify their goals
and blocks, then walks with them to success, holding people accountable
for reaching their own goals. |
A therapist provides
professional expertise and guidelines to diagnose problems and provide
a path to healing. |
Coaching for Helping Professionals
We help a lot of helping professionals work through some more or less
predictable challenges. Many helping professionals ask us for help -
after things go wrong.
They can get their tools sharp before things go wrong.
Every skill they master makes the next skills easier. Some of the more obvious
problems that helping professionals can get into are:
- Intimacy with a client
- Inappropriate solutions
- Autobiographic diagnosis
- Inadequate goal coaching
- Inadequate crisis management
- Inadequate appropriate training
- Compromised personal integrity
- Inadequate practice of their skills
- Inadequate relationship clarification
- Inadequate experience or supervision
- Choosing or accepting inappropriate clients
Team Coaching
Teams can choose to change in any number of ways. Some steps
of an effective strategy for coaching groups and teams to develop are:
- recognize a deficiency or set a goal
- create relationships with system leaders
- develop goals and strategies with all system members
- enable participation and action to create recognizable success
- consolidate this model into the relationship system (a new status quo)
