Program Overview
Soulwork Systemic Coaching®
is a proprietary coaching format for individuals, couples, families and teams. It
is rich in innovative methods for recognizing and dissolving difficulties,
relationship problems, success blocks and life challenges. Our specialties
include educational and relationship challenges.
We teach our Systemic Coach Training internationally - and our
work will
soon be available for home-study. You can learn a comprehensive program of
systemic coaching in your own home. This correspondence coaching
course is primarily for motivated people who cannot attend live training.
As you
have no travel costs, this unique program represents an enormous saving. This accelerated educational format is our
Home Study Program.

Home-Study Email Groups
Although you can study this program by yourself, you are invited
to join a small email study group. You are encouraged to share information and
experiences. Each group includes a trained systemic coach supervisor. You will
mostly communicate with your study group and supervisor by e-mail.
Systemic Coaching
You will learn how to understand your clients' concerns, complaints
and problems - and you can turn your understanding into profitable skills. Once
you've learned these skills, you can coach most responsible and motivated people.
You will also learn when to refer clients to other professionals.

Supervision
Your supervisor will answer your questions and
offer you feedback on your assignments for one year (12 months of 2
assignment reviews and 3 extra emails each month = 60 emails).

Supervision |
| Supervision is highly recommended for
home-study students and is mandatory for a Diploma. Email supervision
costs $100 US per month or $900 US per year, while personal
supervision costs considerably more. As a student, you can extend your email
supervision for the same low rate. You may
continue obtaining this support after you graduate, to benefit from the
wisdom and experience of a qualified systemic coach supervisor. |
Your supervisor can review your video or audio recorded coaching sessions. Just send a copy by ordinary mail (please
don't send the original in case of loss). The fee for reviewing a videotape,
CD or audiotape, and providing written feedback on a one-hour videotape or audiotape is
$100 US per
recording.
Assignments
As a home-study student, you will have 24 assignments to
be completed over a 12 month period, or longer if you wish to extend your
supervision. Each assignment will test your theoretical understanding, your
ability to observe, your ability to ask appropriate questions and your ability
to apply the information. Your supervisor can provide feedback on each
assignment that you submit.
- You can extend your 12-month home-study period,
if you wish
- You are expected to submit each
assignment within two weeks
- Each lesson and assignment should take about
4 - 10 hours to complete
- You receive lessons and new assignments after
each assignment is submitted
