Evaluating Systems Coaching
As systems coaching is increasingly used, a comparison
and evaluation of methodologies and schools is important. What research
for systemic therapies is appropriate?
Systemic research offers many theories and tools for understanding
relationship dynamics. One example is the microanalysis of client-therapist
or client-coach interactions.
Systemic psychotherapy is sometimes called family therapy or team
coaching. It can help children, parents, helping professionals and
organizations. Systemic psychotherapists aim to work with families to
help with a wide range of child and adult challenges.
Systemic coaches and systemic therapists hope to engage
