Emotional Intelligence & Emotional Freedom

Does it sound simple? ... If only it were easy. Many people sabotage their own lives. Are you entangled in old trauma or other people's problems? Do you live in other people's confusion? Do you want solutions for your own life ... or do you want to help other people?

While most Americans are descended from Europeans, the relationship habits and relationship problems of both continents are not the same. In our experience, most Americans have more complex relationships - and more complex relationship problems - than their European cousins.

Family roles in America seem to be often blurred by a fascination with media, multiculturalism, multiple relocations, multiple partnerships, homosexual and bisexual relationships, fundamental religious behavior, parental alienation, public prudery, incest, combined families and ... a litigious mind set.

Much relationship coaching in America seems to specialize in helping single people find partners and in helping partners and parents solve minor problems ... in the country with the world's highest rate of family breakdown. What's missing from this picture?

We focus on helping people gain the emotional maturity to resolve most relationship issues - including dissolving bonds to past partners, fixations to parents, resolving sexual affairs and the consequences of abortion. As we consider emotions to be relationship consequences, we are not surprised that during our coaching, many emotional issues seem to disappear.

We have presented and tested our Systemic Solutions training in Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. We enjoy adapting to different cultural and ethnic backgrounds to offer the best in relationship coaching.

Soulwork Systemic Solutions - Training Objectives

I am told that most people can easily identify with either sharks, tuna or dolphins. Sharks get energy from killing, tuna get energy from victimhood, and dolphins get energy from play and collaboration. If this gross simplification has a grain of truth - which would you identify with? Do you want to change?

Founder: Martyn Carruthers

Martyn Carruthers founded an innovative integration of emotional and relationship coaching based in part on his integration of systems thinking with traditional healing methods. Martyn is acknowledged for creating effective methods for evaluating and changing relationship systems, dissolving cross-generational entanglements and resolving unwanted relationship habits.
